Step 1: Log into your MalCare dashboard using your login and password

Step 2: Click on the site you wish to download the plugin for. The site details page will open up like this :

Step 3: Click on the Backups section, click on files and scroll down to find the list of old backups.

Step 4: In the files, look for the WP content file, and open the plugins folder under it.

Step 5: Under the plugins, click on any installed plugin of yours that you wish to download. (Ex: Akismet)

Click on the file and scroll down to the bottom

Step 6: Upon scrolling, you will find a download button. Click on it.

Step 7: The process of download and backup of your plugin will begin and continue in the background while you work.
