What is the difference between Staging and Test Restore?

Test Restore is meant to test the backups only, whereas Staging helps you test the changes on your website. Several features like ‘Extend Expiry’, “Access PHPMyAdmin”, “Merge” are not present in Test Restore, but are available in Staging.
