Is it possible to back up or restore a single site in a multisite environment?

While backing up your Multisite WordPress, BlogVault treats all sites in your WordPress installation as one. It backs up all the subsites in your network. However, since BlogVault treats the multisite as one WordPress install, you cannot back up or restore a single subsite on the network.
