Does MalCare remove or delete infected files that are part of the website and WordPress?

No, we do not delete files. As far as it’s possible, we avoid deleting files which are a part of WordPress and the website. We also take extra precautions to make sure that the site does not break. For instance, if we find a complex hack in the file, our team manually looks into this file and removes the malware or hack. We even keep a copy of the files in case something goes wrong with the website
