Why does BlogVault disable emails on staging sites?

		We block outbound email on our staging sites. This is done for 2 reasons.
1. Many sites have automated emails set up on their sites and you do not want these emails to get triggered on the Staging environment.
2. Staging environment does not have protection from spam emails. Blocking all emails ensures that the staging server IP is not blacklisted.
