MalCare treats all the sites in a Multisite WordPress installation as one license. So, you can add this primary site to the MalCare dashboard  and install the plugin on it to activate MalCare across all sites on the network. 

In the Multisite WordPress example shown below, there are three sites on the Multisite network. 

The primary site is highlighted below. 

The MalCare plugin is to be installed on this primary site, as shown in the steps below.

To add the Multisite WordPress to MalCare, 

Step 1: Go to MalCare website and sign in using your email ID. 

Step 2: Click on Add New Site.

Step 3: Enter the URL of the primary site  of your Multisite WordPress. In this case, the primary site is “ilearnedthisnow.com”. Click on Next Step when you’re done. 

Step 4: Install the MalCare plugin using either of the methods available. 

Step 5: Wait while your all your sites are synced. 

That’s it. You should then be able to see the primary site added to your MalCare dashboard.
