How do I change or reset my password linked to my MalCare Account? Print

There are two ways of going about this.

Step 1: To change password from the MalCare dashboard, go to Account.

Step 2: From the drop-down select My Account.

Step 3: Change your password by clicking on the Change Password option.

Step 4: Enter your old password, and your new password. Click on Continue to confirm and your password will be reset.

Step 5: If you can’t access your MalCare account, you can change your password from the login page.

Go to the login page and select the Forget Password option.

Step 6: In the next page, enter your email address so that the password reset instructions can be sent to you. The email address should be the one that is linked to your MalCare account.
