You must log into your MalCare account. 

Step 1: Go to Account and select My Account from the drop-down menu. 

Step 2: From the page that appears, you can change your email associated with MalCare by clicking on Change Email

Step 3: In the next page, enter the new email address and click on Change Email to confirm. 

Step 4: The next time you login, please remember to use the new email address and not the old one.
