MalCare auto scans your websites once every 24 hours. But you can also scan your website whenever you want. 

Step 1: From the MalCare site listing page, choose the website you want to scan.

Step 2:  On the MalCare website details page, please click on the sync icon to start a new malware scan ->

Step 2(alternative method): On the MalCare website details page there is a section called Security. 

Click on the Review Security button over there.

Step 3: Scroll down to the Cortex Layer section and under Malware Scanner click on the Scan Now button.

Step 4: A pop-up will appear for you to add a note, after writing your note click Ok. Your scan will start immediately and it will let you if your website is hacked or not on the same page.
